Don't end up like this in front of God.
One day, u are gonna die, or, get raptured(more likely for youths), and you are gonna appear right in front of God, in fr0nt of his throne of glory.
And he is gonna ask you these:
"What had u done with my son, Jesus Christ",
and
"What had u done will all that I gave you?"
These questions are easy. Because the answer is either "yes, i did well with it", or "no". The rest are the descriptions. But yet, many could miss these. How could smart people, like Einstein, and philosophers like Bertrand Russell, John Locke, miss these questions?
Because, firstly, they look at things too self centered, and, they are too busy. The second reason is more like it.
One day u and I will be in front of God. And amidst that mass of people, there will be some crying out in despair. It is not totally because they hadnt recieved Christ. Because some christians are also crying out in despair. They are the people who had EACH wasted an average of 25,550 days on earth, doing NOTHING. They would be reaching for their ears, to find no ring, they will be feeling their thighs, to find no pockets, they would feeling their wrists, to find no bracelet. And at their memory, to find all was lost.
All that they had toiled for, scholarships, big companies, monopolies, all was lost. All the wealth had gone down the drain. They did it for themselves. They lost it for themselves. All they toiled for is lost with them. They had wasted an average of 25,550 days per person. WASTED. That's a lot of time. They will ask themselves "what is the use?", "why am i so foolish?", "Why had i wasted so much time, chasing my dreams, and losing all that had achieved, with my dreams, NO MORE?"
Don't wait for this day to come. You will suffer in great agony. Because firstly, u wasted too much time, and what you bring with you to heaven is character. Just that. If you wasted all your time, you cannot get it back, what is done, is done. There is no reliving of the days on earth, because your body is a tent of your spirit, and heaven is the house of your spirit.
Don't neglect these days. I aint askin u to give up your dreams that aren't "Godly", like setting up a company, like being the best tennis player in your school. But what you should do is that to focus all your energies on your goals. But do it for the Lord. To glorify him. To worship him. SIMPLY FOR HIM. Then you will not waste your days. Because, at least, you are living up to his purposes he put you on earth for, your days would not be wasted, and you will stand in front of God, smiling at him, and him, smiling back at you, and you shall answer " Yes, I Love it, and Treasured it, and did many things with it, for You, God! I accepted Jesus."
This is how you should end up. Because this simple 2-question test, God NEVER wants anyone to fail the test. He wants you to pass with flying colours. You aim for that day to come. Your eternity is far greater. Don't fail the test, nor pass by the margin. Pass it with flying colours. The Lord is rejoycing, so excitedly, when even ONE person passes his test!
Aim for that time to come.
